My Journey of Transformation

Welcome to my story—a journey that spans decades, continents, and realms. In 2021, I stepped away from a remarkable 30-year voyage as a university academic and a visionary social entrepreneur at the helm of my own consultancy.

Leadership and entrepreneurship have been the guiding stars of my path, innate traits that have illuminated my way from the outset. Even amidst the structured corridors of academia, my spirit yearned to transcend boundaries. Thus, I birthed CUDOS—an audacious research consultancy that rippled far beyond the university walls, imprinting its impact on social, political, and economic landscapes. The tapestry of this accomplishment was woven through the threads of networking, private sector partnerships, resourceful fundraising, captivating public discourse, and the orchestrations of vibrant events—short courses, immersive workshops, enlightening walking tours, and thought-provoking symposiums.

Stepping into the crucible of the Team, Management, and Leadership Programme with Landmark Worldwide, I polished my entrepreneurial spirit in the fertile grounds of life coaching.

But my tale was destined to weave more chapters. As the curtain closed on one chapter, another beckoned—a chapter where these skills would be applied to create an independent social enterprise, MELA. As the captain of my ship, I journeyed through the labyrinthine maze of business acumen, learning the ropes as I went along. The pinnacle of this phase was reached when I penned my inaugural manifesto in 2015—a testament to my vision, a declaration of my authority.

Under the banner of MELA, we embarked on audacious endeavors. We experimented with diverse event formats, orchestrating vibrant street festivals and forging powerful connections within communities. Along the way, I gleaned insights into the art of reaching diverse groups with ease.

Yet, beneath the surface of this bustling career lay a parallel journey—a spiritual odyssey spanning a decade. The Earth's crystalline grid and leylines called to me, leading me to high-energy nodes across the globe. This profound connection prompted the birth of "Life in a Travel Bag," a spirited enterprise forged with my partner, Nurcan Ilgin. Together, we orchestrated journeys to these sacred sites, spanning the landscapes of Spain, Egypt, Turkey, Bali, Iceland, and the UK.

In the tapestry of my evolution, Tantra emerged as a transformative force—a harmonious dance between feminine and masculine energies. This dance ignited a fervor for women's empowerment, a passion that has become an integral part of my being.

In recent years, I've been a guiding presence for women seeking to curate retreats in Egypt. My guidance encompassed itinerary coordination, selecting the finest tour companions, financial management, and more. Witnessing the transformation this support ignited, I've recognized its potential to elevate the retreat experience. Now, my heart is set on kindling the flames of success for healers and spiritual leaders, guiding them toward their luminous destinies.
